My Feelings on Their Eyes Were Watching God it is a book you have to read over to understand. After you read a page ,reread over it and you will see that it is a great story. I like how slowly Janie is resenting how Joe treats her. He thinks she is a woman so she should stay in the kitchen and work ,but that is not what she wants. Janie wants to do what she can to help out. I think even though she didnt like Logan ,she liked being outside and working. She probably takes after her mother in this sense. I think this book is actually pretty interesting ,but difficult to read. I may change my mind about it as I continue but only time will tell.
